Responsibilities:

Sourcing, recruiting and hiring for marketing, sales and affiliate positions

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for candidates across multiple platforms including online portals, social media, databases and other resources.

Interviewing and evaluating candidates based on their knowledge and skills.

Reporting on recruitment activities, analysing the effectiveness of search methods and making suggestions for improvement.

Interacting with management and company departments to identify staffing needs and ensure quality recruitment.
