PPC Specialist / Manager
About the role
Traffic Label is seeking a PPC Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing PPC strategies that drive traffic and conversions for competitive casino and betting keywords in our core markets: the UK, Germany, and Canada.
You will work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise ad spend, analyse performance data, and ensure that we are getting the best possible ROI from our campaigns. Your goal will be to bring high-quality traffic to our affiliate sites and maximise player conversions for our partner casinos.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute PPC campaigns for casino and betting keywords across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant platforms
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC performance to maximise ROI
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities in the competitive casino and betting space
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and content teams to align PPC efforts with SEO, content strategies, and conversion rate optimization
- Create detailed performance reports and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies to capitalise on new opportunities
- Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
- Provide insights and recommendations for landing page improvements to boost conversion rates
- Work with our development team to integrate ad platform APIs and insights into our proprietary business intelligence tool
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns for competitive markets, ideally in the casino, betting, or gambling industry
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and optimise accordingly
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and best practices in PPC management
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of SEO and its relationship with PPC
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus
