Personal Assistant (PA to the Director)
As a Personal Assistant with Traffic Label, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the efficient operation of daily tasks and responsibilities with a focus on project management.
You will act as a key point of contact, managing schedules, communications, and other activities to support decision-making and the achievement of goals. Your new role is dynamic, requiring discretion, initiative, and excellent multitasking skills.
This role will be full time, based at our office in St Albans.
Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure efficient time management.
- Screen, prioritise, and manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters.
- Plan and organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and support events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements.
- Maintain organised files and records for easy access and reference.
- Perform research and prepare summaries or briefs to assist in decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the manager and internal or external stakeholders.
- Monitor tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
- Manage personal errands and tasks, including but not limited to appointments, reservations, and other administrative needs.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in processes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational, project and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- A professional and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
