From marketing assistants and copywriters to product staff and campaign managers, we are actively hiring for our UK office in St Albans in Hertfordshire. To support our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Marketing Recruiter to work in-house alongside our senior heads of department.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, attracting, and hiring marketing professionals for a range of roles across various levels, primarily focusing on low to mid-seniority positions, with opportunities to recruit senior specialists in niche marketing sectors.
• Crafting and executing candidate search strategies across diverse platforms, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on their skills and strategic fit within our company culture.
• Preparing recruitment analytics reports to track hiring progress, assess the efficacy of recruitment strategies, and recommend procedural enhancements.
• Collaborating closely with company leadership and various departments to pinpoint recruitment needs and ensure the acquisition of top-tier marketing talent.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the marketing or related creative industries.
• Strong grasp of marketing roles, candidate qualifications, and assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
• Team player with a habit of meeting tight deadlines and contributing to a cooperative work environment.
• Familiarity with modern candidate sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and platforms like TeamTailor.
