About Traffic Label
At Traffic Label, we specialise in delivering performance-driven marketing solutions. We’re a collaborative team working across email, performance media, and data to help brands grow smarter. As we expand, we’re looking for a talented Content Strategist to bring clarity, creativity, and cohesion to our content across multiple touchpoints—with a particular focus on our email marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute a content strategy for email marketing funnels and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager & Email Performance Specialist to ensure content best practices are clearly defined, documented, and implemented across the team.
- Create and manage processes for content creation, quality assurance, and team collaboration.
- Define clear reporting structures to measure and communicate the impact of content initiatives.
- Hire and manage freelance or in-house copywriters to support campaign execution and scalability.
- Create and maintain content guidelines, playbooks, and training materials to support consistent messaging.
- Provide hands-on content support and strategic direction across the business, including web, product, internal comms, and customer-facing materials.
- Align messaging across the user funnel—from acquisition to retention—to ensure a cohesive and high-performing user journey.
- Work with design and data teams to test, measure, and iterate on content effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, ideally within a marketing or performance-focused environment.
- Strong grasp of email marketing content principles and an understanding of how copy impacts performance metrics.
- Experience designing content processes, managing content teams, and reporting on strategic outcomes.
- Proven ability to turn insights into clear, compelling, and actionable content.
- Confident leading content initiatives and training others to follow brand and performance guidelines.
- Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on content creation.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated—with a genuine enthusiasm for great content.
