Casino Key Affiliate Manager (Business Development Focus)

We’re hiring a Key Affiliate Manager with solid iGaming experience on the operator side to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in business development within the online casino sector and know how to establish, scale, and optimize affiliate programs that deliver measurable results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Business Development: Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with high-value affiliate partners across the casino and bingo verticals.
- Identify and Onboard New Affiliates: Strengthen our brand presence in key markets by proactively recruiting and onboarding new affiliates.
- Negotiate Strategic Deals: Structure and negotiate high-impact affiliate agreements and commission structures that align with our growth objectives.
- Track and Optimize Performance: Analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize traffic, conversions, and player value, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (CRM, Design, Product) to ensure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about compliance requirements in regulated markets (UKGC, MGA, etc.) to mitigate risks.
- Analyze Trends and Insights: Monitor industry trends, uncover actionable insights, and propose improvements to enhance affiliate performance.
- Represent the Brand: Actively represent the brand at major affiliate and iGaming events, showcasing our offerings and building new partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Business Development Experience: Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing partnerships within the online casino sector.
- In-depth Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing: Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and player acquisition funnels.
- Familiarity with Affiliate Platforms: Experience with platforms like Income Access, Cellxpert, NetRefer, etc.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and develop commercial agreements that benefit both parties.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in interpreting KPIs and ROI to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Self-Starter: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to business development.
- Upper-Intermediate English Proficiency: Strong spoken and written English skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Launching New Affiliate Programs: Experience in developing and launching affiliate programs or entering new markets.
- Experience with Regulated Markets: Familiarity with compliance and operational standards in regulated markets (UK, EU, etc.).
- Industry Exposure: Attendance at industry expos such as iGB, SiGMA, SBC, showcasing your commitment to staying connected within the iGaming community.
