Role Overview: We’re hiring a Key Affiliate Manager with solid iGaming experience on the operator side to join our dynamic team. If you’ve worked for an online casino and know how to build, scale, and optimise affiliate programs that actually deliver results - this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for managing high-value affiliate partnerships, driving acquisition, and ensuring performance aligns with commercial goals. We’re looking for someone who combines strong communication skills with a strategic mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow relationships with key affiliate partners across casino and bingo verticals
• Identify and onboard new affiliates to strengthen brand presence in key markets
• Negotiate high-impact affiliate deals and commission structures
• Track affiliate performance — optimise traffic, conversions, and player value
• Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Design, Product) to ensure campaign success
• Stay on top of compliance requirements in regulated markets (UKGC, MGA, etc.)
• Analyse trends, uncover insights, and propose actionable improvements
• Represent the brand at major affiliate and iGaming events

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working on the operator side in an online casino – this is essential
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and player acquisition funnels
• Familiarity with platforms like Income Access, Cellxpert, NetRefer, etc.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset
• Data-driven approach with ability to interpret KPIs and ROI
• Self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)

• Launching new affiliate programs or opening new markets
• Experience with regulated markets (UK, EU, etc.)
• Attendance at industry expos like iGB, SiGMA, SBC
