Traffic Label is an innovative performance marketing and technology company driving engagement and conversion within the iGaming and online entertainment sectors. As we expand operations into our new Malta office, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep knowledge of the online gambling space to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple brand and platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of digital projects across casino, sportsbook, and affiliate operations.
• Collaborate with product, design, content, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of product roadmaps and campaigns.
• Define project timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and key deliverables using agile methodologies.
• Manage external partners and vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Proactively assess project risks and dependencies, resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes to senior stakeholders through structured reporting and sprint reviews.
• Work closely with compliance and marketing teams to ensure local and international regulatory standards are upheld.

Skills and Experience

• Proven background of delivering complex projects within iGaming, gambling, or digital entertainment sectors.
• Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook product ecosystems, affiliate networks, and conversion funnels.
• Practical experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks and related tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a commercial and data-driven mindset.
• Experience overseeing distributed teams across product, design, and engineering functions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification advantageous).
• Solid understanding of iGaming regulatory frameworks and responsible gambling practices.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
