The Role
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing across both Traffic Label and Sway Gaming. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing our group-wide marketing strategy, driving growth across multiple brands, and building world-class performance marketing systems.
This role is ideal for a startup-minded leader from the iGaming, sports betting, casino, or affiliate sectors who thrives on building teams, scaling customer acquisition, and developing brands from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a unified marketing strategy across Traffic Label and Sway Gaming.
Own full-funnel marketing — from strategy to execution — across performance, brand, content, and product marketing.
Oversee all acquisition channels including SEO, PPC, affiliate, display, programmatic, and social.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and establish best-in-class marketing operations.
Collaborate with the leadership team on commercial strategy, partnerships, and new brand launches.
Lead data-driven decision-making, ensuring marketing performance is measurable, optimised, and tightly aligned with business KPIs.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory environments within the iGaming space.
Required Experience
Proven track record in a senior marketing role within iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or a related industry.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, ideally launching or growing iGaming brands.
Strong expertise across performance marketing channels and digital customer acquisition.
Strategic storyteller with hands-on understanding of creative direction and brand positioning.
Data-first mindset with experience in using analytics to drive decision-making.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
