The Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Lviv office and support the growth of our affiliate partnerships within the iGaming sector.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will manage relationships, analyse performance, negotiate deals, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners

• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance across platforms

• Negotiate commercial terms and optimise partnership agreements

• Identify new partnership opportunities within casino and bingo verticals

• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and performance optimisation

• Work closely with internal teams (content, design, product, finance)

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or a related marketing role

• Understanding of iGaming affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)

• Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret multiple data sources

• High attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Advanced level of English

Experience in casino or bingo verticals is a strong advantage.
