Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end sportsbook operation, ensuring a competitive, engaging, and responsible betting experience.
Define and execute sportsbook strategy across pricing, offers, and product positioning to maximise turnover and margin.
Monitor and optimise sportsbook performance across key KPIs including turnover, margin, player retention, and lifetime value.
Analyse player behaviour, betting trends, and market performance to inform product and trading decisions.
Work closely with trading, product, and CRM teams to enhance the sportsbook offering and customer journey and help define and deliver CRM strategy.
Collaborate with affiliate, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure sportsbook promotions and campaigns are aligned with acquisition strategies.
Manage relationships with platform providers, odds suppliers, and external partners.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards across all markets.
Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in a sportsbook role within an operator environment.
Strong understanding of sportsbook trading, risk management, and product mechanics.
Proven experience managing sportsbook performance metrics such as margin, turnover, and retention.
Commercial awareness of affiliate and acquisition channels, including CPA and revenue share models.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with sportsbook platforms, trading tools, and reporting systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of multiple regulated markets is advantageous.
